Cargo & Consequence
A free browser game about running a supply chain, where every cheap shortcut comes back as a cost later.

- shifts in a career, then endless play
- 60
- events, random and story
- 48
- departments sharing one company

Supply-chain trade-offs are hard to teach because the cost of a decision shows up weeks after it was made. By then nobody connects the two.
In Cargo & Consequence you run a headphone company one three-minute shift at a time: buy parts, build, test, ship to Europe and handle returns. Every batch remembers where its parts came from, so when customers call about dead batteries on day 22, you can trace it back to the cheap supplier you picked on day 1.
Everything is drawn and composed in code, from the isometric campus and ships to the portraits and the sound. It launched in September 2026, with a page for teachers and a 60-minute class plan.
